BAYSIDE, QUEENS — An accounting director from Bayside took home thousands of dollars after winning Thursday's episode of "Jeopardy!"

Jesse Chin, 41, won $24,801 after defeating the returning champion Ed Petersen and Megan Braught, a library assistant from Pennsylvania.

Chin, from Corporal Kennedy Street, headed to a Flushing restaurant for a viewing party of his victory. Chin enjoyed cocktails named after the contestants and a Jeopardy-themed cake, taking a breather after months of training and restless nights ahead of his turn at the podium.
