79th Pct. Bulletin: Arrest in Gates Avenue Homicide
24-year-old man arrested; victim identified.
Police have arrested a man in connection with on Gates Avenue.
Marell Walker was charged Friday with second-degree murder and criminal possesion of a weapon for shooting Kwasiada Crevelle in the left side of the chest in front a Gates Avenue building Thursday night.
According to cops, Crevelle got into an argument with Walker, also 24, that boiled over into bloodshed.

The shooting took place at approximately 11:30 pm on Gates between Nostrand and Marcy Avenues. Crevelle was taken to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
