Bed-Stuy Man And Woman Shot Dead In Possible Murder-Suicide: NYPD

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A man and women were shot dead in a Bed-Stuy kitchen Thursday morning in what may be a murder-suicide, according to police.

The woman, 36, and the man, 41, were found dead in an apartment on Gates and Lewis avenues about 6:20 a.m., police said.

The woman had been shot in the head and the man appeared to have a self-inflicted gunshot wound also in the head, police said.

The investigation remained open as of Thursday afternoon.
