Brooklyn Subway Rider's Macbook Stolen at Knifepoint, Police Say
On a Sunday afternoon aboard the A Train.
A young man aboard the Queens-bound A Train, traveling through Bed-Stuy, was robbed of his wallet, debit card, iPhone and Macbook Pro on a recent Sunday afternoon by a thief who threatened him at knifepoint, police say.
The NYPD has released photos of the suspect swiping himself through a turnstile, in hopes he’ll be recognized by a member of the public.
Here’s what went down on Sunday, Nov. 15, according to the NYPD:

“The suspect approached the 22-year-old male victim while onboard a Queens-bound A Train and displayed a knife while demanding his property. The suspect removed the victim’s wallet, iPhone, Macbook Pro, and debit card and fled once the train entered the Utica Avenue A Train subway station.”
Police describe the suspect as a 35- to 40-year-old black man, approximately 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall and weighing around 180 pounds.
