Brooklyn Woman Repels Attacker by Keying Him in Face

The victim keyed her sexual harasser in the face after he pulled her close to him and grabbed her buttocks in Bed-Stuy, police say.


BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — NYPD officers are searching for a creep who they say sexually harassed a woman in Bushwick, near the border of Bed-Stuy.

Around 5 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 17, a 37-year-old woman was walking near 51 Eldert St. when an unidentified jerk approached her from behind, grabbed her by the shoulder, pulled her close to him and grabbed her buttocks, according to the NYPD.

The woman, who was not injured in the assault, fought back by striking the man in the face with her keys, police said — causing him to flee.

The suspect is described is Hispanic, 4-foot-11 and weighing 130 to 140 pounds, police said.
