Straphanger Waves Gun On Brooklyn C Train, Cops Say
An angry straphanger whipped out a gun on a C train Friday morning, terrifying passengers and stalling service, officials said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A fight on a northbound C train took a terrifying turn Friday morning when one straphanger whipped out a gun, police said.
Cops rushed to the Ralph Avenue station in Bed-Stuy just before 9 a.m. when someone called 911 and reported shots had been fired, a police spokeswoman said.
No one was injured during the fight and investigators have yet to find any bullets, leading them to believe the gun was seen but not shot, said police.

One straphanger told Patch she saw a man, who had been on the train with the gunman, crying on the platform after he had been evacuated.
I was supposed to be on that train this morning but I got there as the doors shut. I hopped on the next one but it stopped because of the gun. We all had to run off and a man from the train with the gun stood next to me, sobbing, saying that it felt like what you see... https://t.co/nKd5VjfVl8
