Cops Search For Gun-Wielding Man Behind 6 Brooklyn Muggings: NYPD
The man has used a gun and taser during the robberies, including two where he followed women into their apartments, according to police.

BROOKLYN, NY — Police are asking the public's help to find the man behind an armed robbery spree near the Bed-Stuy border.
The man — who police released a photo of over the weekend — has robbed or tried to rob six different people using a gun or taser in late October and early November, according to police.
The robberies include two incidents where the man followed women into their apartment, according to police.

The man first stole cash and a cellphone from a 24-year-old man at gunpoint around 2:15 a.m. on Oct. 29 in front of a building on Troutman Street, police said.
About a week later, on Nov. 7, he followed a 23-year-old woman into her apartment near Evergreen Avenue and Jefferson Street just after 1 a.m., police said. Once inside, he pushed the woman against the wall and took her cellphone, necklace and cash, police said.

The man then robbed a 23-year-old woman at gunpoint while she was walking on Cedar Street around 1 a.m. on Nov. 10, taking her purse and cellphone, police said.
In the fourth incident, the man pointed a gun at a 22-year-old woman who was at the intersection of Central Avenue and Troutman Street around 2:20 a.m. on Nov. 12, police said. The woman pushed the man and ran down Troutman Street as he followed her, but ultimately was able to get away, police said.
Women were also able to get away in the man's last two attempted robberies.
In one, he followed a 26-year-old woman into her apartment building near Central Avenue and Troutman Street around 1 a.m. on Nov. 14 and took out a taser, police said. The man fled when the woman did not hand over cash, police said.
Just ten minutes later, the man came up to another woman near Evergreen Avenue and Himrod Street and took out a gun, police said. He again ran away empty-handed, police said.
Police said the man has a medium build and is approximately 20 to 25 years old:
