BROOKLYN, NY — A dead body wrapped inside a bag was found on a Brooklyn sidewalk over the weekend, according to police.
The body was found wrapped in a black bag on the sidewalk near Van Sinderen Avenue and Herkimer Street, just a few blocks from the Broadway Junction transit hub, on Saturday afternoon, according to police.
Police said they are working to identify the person, whose gender was unknown at the time of a press release sent out Saturday.
