Jewish Teen Pushed To The Ground In Bed-Stuy Hate Crime, Police Say
"Am going to get rid of all you Jews," the man said before pushing a teen dressed in traditional Jewish clothing to the ground, police said.

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A Jewish teen targeted for his religious identity was pushed to the ground on the street in Bed-Stuy, according to police.
The unprovoked attack happened about 6:15 a.m. on May 26 near the corner of Park Avenue and Spencer Street, police said.
A man walked up to an 18-year-old wearing traditional Jewish clothes and said "am going to get rid of all you Jews" while trying to punch the teenager, according to the NYPD.

The punch didn't hit the teen, though, so instead the man pushed the victim to the ground and ran off, police said. The victim wasn't hurt during the attack, according to the NYPD.
Police, who are investigating the incident as a hate crime, were still looking for the assailant as of this past weekend.

The NYPD described the attacker as 40 years old, about 5-feet, 9-inches tall, and bald. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black jeans and white sneakers, police said.
