Bed-Stuy resident Sidney Williams was shot in the head and killed while washing his car
A 26-year-old man was killed in broad daylight Monday afternoon while washing his car.
The victim, identified as Sidney Williams, was shot at 1:30 p.m. on Sumpter St. between Howard and Saratoga aves.
Witnesses say they saw Williams washing his car, a red Ford Expedition, parked out in front of his Sumpter St. home.

Williams kneeled over to clean the tire on the front passenger side when an unidentified man approached him from behind and shot him point-blank in the back of the head, according to witnesses reports.
Detectives are reviewing cameras and discussing the case with witnesses at the scene.
