Man Sought For Attempted Rape Of 19-Year-Old: Police

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — Police are seeking a man who they believe is connected to an attempted rape of a young woman, officials said Monday.

On Nov. 28, a 19-year-old woman was attacked on Lafayette Avenue between Grand Avenue and St. James Place at around 2 a.m., police said.

The attacker forced the victim to the ground and attempted to rape her, but soon fled on foot, officials said.

Police said that the victim refused medical attention.

Officials described the attackers as a male with black hair and glasses, wearing black sneakers, blue jeans, a maroon sweater, black jacket and white headphones.
