Person Hit By Train At Nostrand Ave Station In Brooklyn, MTA Says
The person was hit by a train just after 12:30 p.m., according to transit officials. A trains were rerouted because of the incident.

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A person was hit by a train at Nostrand Avenue station in Brooklyn on Thursday afternoon, according to the MTA.
The person was struck by the train at the A/C station just after 12:30 p.m., according to an alert from transit officials.
The incident rerouted northbound A trains to the local track between Euclid Avenue and Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street while emergency teams responded, officials said. Northbound C trains were also delayed given that they share the track with the rerouted A trains, officials said.

The trains were back to their normal tracks by 2:20 p.m., though officials warned delays could be expected on both lines while they get back on schedule.
