I noticed this old spot on Tompkins Avenue for the first time the other day.
"Ain't nothing going on in there," said an elderly man who was sitting in a folding chair just left of the door.
"No," I asked. "It's not a restaurant?"
"Nope," he said looking away... Then he continued, "Folks just get together and meet. It becomes a social club for older folks at night."
