Two perpetrators were standing on a Brooklyn bound "A" train alongside victim when one of them stated "my boy over there has a gun - don't make a scene".  Perpetrator #1 then snatched a chain off of victim's neck as the train pulled into the Nostrand station and fled into the N/B tunnel.  Officers were called minutes later and sealed both ends of this tunnel but perpetrators had already made their way out.  Description given as - M/B/25 YO/230 LBS/5'10"

NORTH WEST CORNER MYRTLE AVENUE & NOSTRAND AVENUE

Friday, February 24, 11:30pm

Victim was walking along when perpetrator approached from behind, demanded money and stated "don't turn around or I'll shoot".  Victim handed over a small amount of cash and perpetrator fled on foot.  Victim did not want to view pictures or meet with Detectives.  No description given.  No further info available.

A group of young girls approached victim and struck her in the face, then stole her iphone.  This iphone was tracked, recovered a few blocks away and perpetrators arrested.

While sleeping, victim heard shots and later realized her apartment door was bullet riddled.  There were no injuries as a result and the investigation is ongoing.  The 079 Pct Detective Squad welcomes any information members of the community have about this shooting - 718-636-6611.

NORTH WEST CORNER THROOP AVENUE & PUTNAM AVENUE

Tuesday, February 28, 9:15am

Victim was crossing the street when two perpetrators on a bicycle shot at him.  Victim suffered two graze wounds to his head and is expected to survive.  There is no description of the shooters available at this time.  The 079 Pct Detective Squad welcomes any information members of the community have about this shooting - 718-636-6611.
