BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — Organizers of a popular Open Street in Bed-Stuy are looking for feedback as their season on the corridor comes to a close.

The Tompkins Avenue Merchant Association has put out a survey asking for opinions from those who visited their Open Street, which was open for shopping and dining every Sunday between May and Oct. 3.

The survey, put out last week, asks residents to rate their experience at the Open Street event, known as TAMA Sunday, and share ideas for changes to the program next year.

The Open Street ran from Gates Avenue to Halsey Street and was set up with help from the Bridge Street Development Corporation. It is one of several corridors in Bed-Stuy to take advantage of the city's Open Streets program, which closed down streets to traffic to help New Yorkers walk and dine outside during the coronavirus crisis.
