VIDEO: Yoga in the Garden

Health and fitness company, Power-gy, in cooperation with the New York Restoration Project, is sponsoring in Bed-Stuy a weekly series called "Yoga in the Garden."

The yoga class is completely free to the community and is taught by Power-gy's Yoga instructor Daniela R. Bycoffe.

Classes are every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m., now until the end of September, at the Target Community Garden, a beautiful, serene Asian-inspired oasis located at 931-933 Bedford Avenue between Willoughby and Dekalb avenues.
