Katonah Churches Gathered for Palm Sunday Procession
Clergy from Katonah Methodist Church, St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, St. Luke's Episcopalian Church and the First Presbyterian Church of Katonah led parishioners through Sunday morning prayers and a blessing of the palms.

Clergy from a Methodist, Catholic, Episcopalian and Presbyterian church will celebrate Palm Sunday together for an ecumenical blessing of the palms and processional through downtown Katonah.
Clergy have invited parishioners to join them at 9:30 a.m. near the old train station (Peppino's Ristorante) for the annual ecumenical blessing of the palms and walk through the hamlet. Participation is not limited to church members; all are welcome.

Participating clergy include the Rev. Melissa Boyer of Katonah Methodist Church who will lead the opening prayers; the Rev. Ed Connors from who will give the gospel; the Rev. Gavin Meek of the First Presbyterian Church who will bless the palms and the Rev. Robert Lamborn of St. Luke’s leading a meditative prayer and the Rev. Dorinda Violante of First Presbyterian Church who will lead closing prayers.
The event will be cancelled if it rains.
