Matthew Whitaker Quintet Will Close Caramoor Lawn Season In Style
The summer's final lawn concert continues the Jazz at Lincoln Center collaboration at a venue that exchanges city lights for starlight.

KATONAH, NY —There is something bittersweet about having one last chance to hear world-class musicians perform on the lawn at the Caramoor Center.
This final opportunity of the summer is not to be missed and the weather won't get in the way, no matter the forecast. If the skies should turn stormy, the Matthew Whitaker Quintet performance at 7 p.m. on the Friends Field lawn on Friday will move to the nearby Venetian Theater.
The show is part of the Caramoor's collaboration with Jazz at Lincoln Center, which has already drawn an impressive lineup of internationally known musicians to the Caramoor stages this summer. Friday's performance is no exception.

Best of all, there isn't a bad seat in the house, mostly because attendees will need to bring their own seats, lawn chairs or picnic blankets.
Tickets are $35 for adults and can be purchased through the Caramoor box office.
