Crash Involving Overturned Semi On I-684 Caused Hours Long Backup

According to the NYSDOT, a hazmat response to leaking diesel fuel complicated efforts to clear the northbound lanes of the highway.

KATONAH, NY — The morning commute got off to a rough start as a crash involving a flipped tractor trailer backed up traffic for miles in Westchester County.
