Traffic Alert: I-684 Double Lane Closure In Westchester Today

NORTH SALEM, NY — Single and double lane closures along I-684 in North Salem are planned on Tuesday for bridge work.
The New York State Department of Transportation said that single and double lane closures are expected along Interstate 684, between Exit 7 (State Route 116) and Exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) in North Salem, on Tuesday.
The bridge work is expected to take place between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., weather permitting.

The NYSDOT is reminding drivers to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in a driver's license suspension.
