Pound Ridge Woman Faces DWI, Resisting Arrest Charges
State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 49-year-old Pound Ridge resident is facing misdemeanor charges after a recent arrest on Interstate 84 in Southeast, police say.
State troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested Agnes G. Malinari, who was headed west, at about 4:15 a.m. Saturday. They charged her with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
Malinari was issued an appearance ticket for a future date in Southeast Justice Court.
