Bellmore School District's Superintendent Wins Award

BELLMORE, NY — The Bellmore School District Superintendent, Dr. Famularo, received the Leader of Distinction Award.

The award was given on behalf of District Administration, a nationwide network of educators. It is part of its Awards of Distinction Program, which recognizes educational leaders who make a difference in change in their field.

Dr. Famularo spoke after winning this award.

"This recognition is not mine alone," he said. "It reflects the dedication, collaboration, and leadership of the educators, staff, students, families, and community partners I have the privilege to serve alongside each day."
