The Bristal at Westbury's Farm to Table Dining Initiative

The Bristal at Westbury residents enjoying what they plant: Ann Hoesch a resident of The Bristal at Westbury is one of the residents who have taken part in The Bristal’s Farm to Table dining initiative. The residents under the direction of Robert Borgwald, the Director of Dining Services have grown lettuce, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes which are served at meals and enjoyed by all residents.
