Crime Report: Wallet Stolen, 20 Tires Removed from Eight Cars
The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Sometime between March 9 and March 12, 20 tires and rims were removed from eight vehicles parked in a storage facility on Howell Street, used by Merrick Dodge.
- A wallet was removed from a vehicle parked on Genesee Street. The incident was reported on March 10.
- On March 13, a complainant discovered that the driver side mirror was ripped off of his 2004 brown Nissan and thrown onto his front lawn. This incident happened on Hicks Street.
- A catalytic converter was removed from vehicle while parked at the Bellmore Train Station on March 13.
- Sometime between March 14 and March 15, the locks were cut on a Green Edge Landscaping truck and tools were removed.
- The window of Salon T was damaged sometime between March 17 and March 18.
