Display Cases Smashed, Items Stolen At Nassau Jewelry Store: Police
The robbery took place Thursday afternoon at Philip Joseph Jewelers, police said.
BELLMORE, NY — A jewelry store in Bellmore was robbed on Thursday afternoon, police said.
Multiple people entered Philip Joseph Jewelers on Sunrise Highway just before 1 p.m. They began smashing the glass display cases with sledgehammers and removed assorted jewelry, police said.
They fled in an unknown direction. Police are investigating.
