Firefighter Suffers Smoke Inhalation Battling LI House Fire : Police

BELLMORE, NY — A Bellmore home was in flames on Friday night.

Officers responded to Florin Court, while the North Bellmore and Bellmore fire departments extinguished the flames, police said.

No one was at home when the fire broke out, police said.

The Nassau County Fire Marshal and the Arson Bomb Squad are investigating.

One firefighter suffered smoke inhalation. He was treated at the scene. No other injuries occured.
