Legislator Giangregorio Visits Newbridge Road Improvements In Bellmore
The road will be re-paved from Merrick Road to Jerusalem Avenue, officials said.

BELLMORE, NY — Local officials joined together this week to examine the paving work that is being done on Newbridge Road in Bellmore, the office of Legislator Michael Giangregorio said in a news release Friday.
Giangregorio met up with his predecessor, now-Senator Steve Rhoads, as well as County Executive Bruce Blakeman to have a look at the road, which will be re-paved from Merrick Road to Jerusalem Avenue.

“I want to thank all the hardworking DPW workers who are making sure residents are able to drive on a safe roadway,” Giangregorio said in the news release. “The restoration of this road has been a long-time coming, but our public works employees are putting their all into making sure the work gets done. I also want to thank the people of Bellmore who have been very patient as we continue to rehabilitate our roadways.”
