North Bellmore Library Completes Roof Replacement Project

The North Bellmore Public Library's Roof Replacement Project has been completed.

Tom Bazzicalupo, director of the North Bellmore Public Library, said that the entire roof of the building was ripped off and replaced.

"We are now waiting for the metal flashing, which has to be custom made, and solar panels," he said.

The project was approved by the library board and the North Bellmore School District, library officials said.

Bazzicalupo said that he appreciated the patience of his staff and library patrons during the replacement.

"The library's board of trustees and I would like to thank the staff and
patrons for their cooperation during the project," he said.
