NORTH BELLMORE, NY — A North Bellmore man was arrested on Monday night and charged with forcibly touching a woman, police said.

Ronal Ortega-Escalon, 25, was scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday.

He grabbed and touched the 25-year-old victim as she walked on Evelyn Avenue, authorities said.
