Long Island MacArthur Airport will have a pop-up at the Memorial Day weekend Bethpage Air Show at Jones Beach.

CENTRAL ISLIP, — Over Memorial Day weekend, tens of thousands will flock to Jones Beach for the Bethpage Air Show. The 20th anniversary takes place, weather permitting, on Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26.

For the second year in a row, Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) will be on-site at the air show. Not only will it serve as a key staging area for many performing teams, ISP will be on the boardwalk near Show Central with an immersive pop-up area, according to the Town of Islip.

“Our presence at the Air Show offers us the opportunity to both showcase MacArthur Airport, and reach out to the community in an interactive way at this important Long Island aviation event,” said Town of Islip Supervisor Angie Carpenter.
