Police Arrest Bay Shore Man After Shooting Teen Boy And Woman: Report
A Bay Shore man was arrested on Thursday in connection with shooting a 13-year-old and a woman in 2 separate incidents, News12 said.
BAY SHORE, NY — A Bay Shore man was arrested on Thursday in connection with shooting a 13-year-old boy and a woman in two separate incidents in March, according to a report by News12.
Douglas Contreras, 29, of Bay Shore, was arrested and charged with shooting a 13-year-old Brentwood boy in the stomach and a woman in the arm while she was driving on Southern State Parkway, the outlet said.
The boy was shot while outside of his home on Pheasant Circle in Brentwood around 6:45 p.m. on March 24 and suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the outlet.

Suffolk County police told Patch that Contreras was arraigned after his arrest and his case has been turned over to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.
The DA was not immediately available for comment.
