Eastchester's Michael Berkowitz is due in court tomorrow. Berkowitz fractured his girlfriend's arm after pushing her, according to police. Investigators say the 29-year-old man had been arguing with his live-in girlfriend when he went towards a window. His girlfriend went up to him, and Berkowitz pushed her. When she fell, investigators say she fractured her elbow.
Berkowitz is now charged with felony assault in connection with the incident. His girlfriend, who is not being identified, had to be taken to a hospital. The 29-year-old is currently out on bail.
