Eastchester-Bronxville Gets 1.62" of Snow

2:35 p.m.: Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Eastchester have had 1.62" of snowfall so far today, according to AccuWeather.

10:02 a.m.: We are under a winter storm warning until 6 p.m.

9:38 a.m.: In Mamaroneck the right lane is blocked on Hutchinson River Parkway northbound between exit 23 and North Street in Harrison. Traffic is stopped from Weaver Street in Scarsdale.

8:45 a.m.: Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe schools are now CLOSED for the day because of snow.

7:24 a.m.: Bee-Line buses and Paratransit are experiencing a number of delays:

s 8 & 32 are on the standard snow detour.  No service to Nodine Hill in Yonkers.

Route 16 is not servicing Strawberry Rd., operating on Rt. 6 instead.

Route 60 is on the standard snow detour, remaining on Mamaroneck Ave.

Route 5 Northbound and Route 7 Eastbound are avoiding Elm St., using School St.

6:42 a.m.: There is an accident on Hutchinson River Parkway southbound at the Cross County Parkway in Eastchester.

6:40 a.m.: Bee-Line buses and Paratransit are experiencing minor system-wide delays.

6:38 a.m.: An accident in Greenburgh is causing two lanes to be blocked on the Sprain Brook Parkway northbound, just south of Jackson Avenue. The incident is causing traffic to slow from Tuckahoe Rd in Yonkers

6:30 a.m.: Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe public schools have a 2-hour delayed opening today because of the snow.
