12-Year-Old Boy Arrested For BK Attack On 2 Jewish Boys: NYPD

BROOKLYN, NY — A 12-year-old boy has been arrested for attacking two Jewish children earlier this month, police said.
The boy has since been charged with third degree hate crime assault and second degree hate crime harassment, according to police.

A 13-year-old and an 11-year-old boy were playing on the sidewalk when the 12-year-old boy rode past them on a bicycle and told them to "get off the sidewalk,” police said.
The 12-year-old boy came back, then punched and kicked the two boys, police said.

The suspect fled the scene on his bike south on Franklin Avenue toward Willoughby Avenue, police said.
