The 12-year-old has been charged with manslaughter, criminal negligent homicide and criminal possession of a weapon, police said Monday. The victim, identified as Josai Guy, of Brownsville, was found dead with a fatal gunshot wound to the chest, police said. <a href="https://patch.com/new-york/brooklyn/boy-14-found-dead-inside-bk-apartment-building-nypd">The incident happened on Sunday, June 2, at around 10:24 a.m. inside 80 Osborn Street, police said.</a> EMS transported the 14-year-old to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
