2-Month-Old Boy Dies After Being Found Unresponsive At BK Apartment

2-month-old Luis Banks was transported to Brookdale Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.

BROOKLYN, NY — Police have identified a 2-month-old boy from Brownsville who died after being found unresponsive at an apartment building last week.

On May 3, at about 8:27 a.m., police responded to a 911 call at 275 Mother Gaston Boulevard.

Officers, at the scene, found Luis Banks lying motionless and EMS transported the boy to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
