Amy Ruiz, was last seen on April 12 at about 1 p.m., in the vicinity of Utica Avenue and Fulton Street, police said. The missing individual is described as having a light complexion, standing 5'1" tall, weighing approximately 100 lbs, brown hair and red highlights, and brown eyes, police said. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, a burgundy shirt, blue jeans, and red and white sneakers. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
