Driver Struck Mother, 8-Year-Old Child In BK Hit-And-Run: NYPD
The driver proceeded to flee the location towards Quentin Road, police said.

BROOKLYN, NY — The NYPD is searching for a driver responsible for a hit-and-run in Brooklyn that injured a mother and her 8-year-old daughter.
On April 28, at about 4 p.m., a 33-year-old woman was crossing the street on East 16 Street along with her two children, police said.
As they were crossing the street, a black sedan traveling south struck both the woman and her 8-year-old daughter, police said.

The driver proceeded to flee the location towards Quentin Road.
The 8-year-old female suffered a fractured left arm, and the 33-year-old woman suffered pain to the back and knee area. Both individuals were transported to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition, police said.

The NYPD released a photo of the wanted vehicle.
