On May 18, at about 9 a.m., Albert Lonczak was last seen leaving his residence in the vicinity of Ocean Parkway, police said. Lonczak is described as having short black hair, standing 5'5" feet and weighing about 140 pounds, police said. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
