BROOKLYN, NY — A 60-year-old Brownsville man was fatally shot in East New York Sunday, police said. At about 4:29 a.m., Anthony Haughton was found by officers with a gunshot wound to his torso in the vicinity of Georgia Avenue and Wortman Avenue, police said. EMS transported Haughton to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead, police said. There have been no arrests at this time, and an investigation remains ongoing, police said.
