Man Found Dead Inside Burning Boat In BK Identified: NYPD
Anthony Doolan, 31, of Queens, was found dead inside the burning boat, police said.
BROOKLYN, NY — A man found dead inside a burning boat in Red Hook late last month has been identified, police said.
The victim has been identified as Anthony Doolan, 31, of Queens, according to police.
On April 27, emergency personnel responded to a report of a fire at a parking lot near 253 Conover Street at about 4:54 a.m., according to police.

Firefighters extinguished the fire – originating from a boat on a trailer –and found a man inside, who was unconscious and unresponsive, police said.
EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene, police said.

The FDNY fire marshal is investigating what caused the fire, and the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
