5. 130 kilos of meth found hidden in pallets of papayas aboard truck in Brooklyn: DEA (nbcnewyork.com) — Federal agents intercepted a tractor trailer heading into Brooklyn and say they uncovered 130 kilograms of methamphetamine hidden inside wooden pallets stacked with papayas. The driver was arrested, and a loaded handgun was also found in the vehicle. Authorities have not yet released further details on the investigation or potential local distribution links.
