Brooklyn's East New York Gains Affordable Homes (bkreader.com) — Hundreds of new affordable and supportive apartments are now open at the Alafia Phase 1 development on the former Brooklyn Developmental Center site in East New York, bringing 576 income-restricted homes to central Brooklyn.
