Retired NYPD Officer Endorses Curtis Sliwa for NYC Mayor

Today, even from Las Vegas where David Kohlmeier has have lived for the past 23 years, his roots remain in NYC, and is stepping forward to endorse Curtis Sliwa for the upcoming mayoral election.

Kohlmeier believes New York is facing a critical moment. He feels the outcome of this mayoral race will have lasting consequences for the city, and if the wrong candidate is elected, there is a real risk of mass retirements from the NYPD and further moves to defund the police—measures that would endanger the safety and well-being of New Yorkers.
