Teen Strangled On Subway In Brooklyn, Attacker Sought: NYPD
Police are searching for a woman who allegedly strangled a 13-year-old rider in an unprovoked attack aboard a G train in Williamsburg.

BROOKLYN, NY — Police say an unidentified woman strangled a 13-year-old in a random G train attack earlier this month, and they’re now asking for the public’s help to find her.
Police said the woman approached the 13-year-old while the G train was near Keap Street and Union Avenue on Nov. 17, just before 8 a.m.
What prompted the attack is still unknown. According to the NYPD, the woman walked up to the 13-year-old girl and wrapped her hand around her throat, applying pressure until the teen could no longer breathe comfortably.

According to police, the woman fled the train car and disappeared in an unknown direction. The 13-year-old received on-scene treatment for injuries to her neck.
Police described the suspect as a woman with a medium complexion and slim build. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, a pink jacket, black pants and black sneakers, officials said.
