6 Suspects, 7 Weeks, 58 Stolen Credit Cards, and a $30k Shopping Spree
Police say the suspects used the ill-gotten digits to buy goods in Brownsville and East New York.

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — Over a seven week period, six individuals stole the credit card numbers of 58 victims, then using that information to make $30,000 in purchases in East New York and Brownsville, police said.
The credit card thefts took place between May 25 and July 18, according to the NYPD, and targeted victims living in near Far Rockaway, Ridgewood and Queens Village.
Detectives have not released descriptions of the suspects, but they did release the following set of photos:

Anyone with information on these individuals or crimes can confidentially report it via the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers website or by anonymously calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
