Cop Laughs At Video Of Man Shot Dead By NYPD: Report
An NYPD officer watching video of a Brownsville police-involved shooting reportedly said, "That's one less a--hole to sue us."

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — A laughing NYPD police officer described a masked man fatally shot by police on Labor Day as "one less a--hole to sue us" while watching video of his death, according to reports.
The cop can be heard commenting on aerial footage of the Brownsville backyard shooting Monday morning in a video obtained by the New York Post.
"Boom," the officer reportedly said.

An NYPD spokesperson said in response, "The NYPD is aware of the video and it is under review."
Police began chasing the masked man after he fired at their car on Howard and Dumont avenues just after 2:35 a.m., NYPD Chief of Department Terry Monahan said.

Officers tracked the man to a Howard Avenue backyard where he was reported to be attempting a break-in about 30 minutes later, police said.
The man once again fired his semi-automatic gun and seven NYPD cops shot back and fatally wounded him, said police. He was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center.
