East New York Subway Attack: Suspect Tells Man 'Go Back To Your Country'
A man on the J train punched a 27-year-old in the face Wednesday evening, breaking his nose, witnesses said.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a man who told a 27-year-old man to go back to Mexico and punched him twice on the J train in East New York, breaking his nose, they said.
"F-----g Mexican," the suspect yelled at the man as the southbound train approached the Crescent Street station, according to witnesses. "Go back to your country."
The incident occurred on Wednesday at 5:20 p.m., cops said. The victim told police that his attacker was black and in his 20s. Police describe the suspect as wearing an all-gray sweat suit.

The suspect fled the subway, but a witness captured a photo of the suspect and gave it to police, cops said. The NYPD said the incident is under investigation by its Hate Crimes Task Force.
