EAST NEW YORK, NY — A group who beat up a 14-year-old at the Van Siclen Avenue train station filmed the attack and posted it on social media, according to police.

The group came up to the teenager at the mezzanine of the train station just before 4 p.m. on March 14 and started punching him, according to police.

The group — which appeared to be at least seven people — continued punching and kicking the 14-year-old as he curled up on the ground, video shows.

The teen was left with swelling and bruising and sought medical help privately, police said.
