EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — An 11-year-old girl on her way to school in East New York early Tuesday morning was grabbed by an unidentified young man who flashed his private parts at her, according to the NYPD.
Brooklyn detectives have released photos (above) and video (below) of the man they suspect to be behind the sick stunt.
The suspect approached the schoolgirl near the busy intersection of Elton Street and Pitkin Avenue, police said in a news release, around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
He then "approached the female and grabbed her arm while exposing his private parts," police said. "The female screamed and the individual fled on foot westbound on Pitkin Avenue."

Police described her attacker as a black man aged around 20 years old, weighing 190 pounds and standing 6 feet tall. He was last seen wearing a "black hoodie jacket, black jeans, a baseball cap with red rim, glasses and black sneakers," cops said.
